Ebikefair Shipping Policy

7-Day Return Window for New and Unused Items

Eligibility:
Returns of NEW electric bikes (e-bikes) and electric scooters (e-scooters) are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unopened, and unused condition. Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds:
Eligible returns will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and a 2.5% merchant processing fee.

Non-Refundable Costs:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The 2.5% card processing fee covers the non-refundable costs imposed by our payment provider.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. EbikeFair is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part. Items that arrive damaged, scratched, or used will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items:
All refurbished and demo products are final sale. If a refurbished or demo product arrives defective or damaged out of the box, please contact us at support@ebikefair.com for assistance with a refund or exchange.

Returns Outside the 7-Day Window

Conditions:
Returns requested beyond the 7-day window may be considered, but the item must still be new, unopened, and unused.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be applied, in addition to the shipping costs and the 2.5% merchant processing fee.

Shipping and Fees:
As with returns within the 7-day window, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Damaged, scratched, or used items will not be accepted.

Opened or Used Items

Policy:
We do not accept returns for any opened or used items under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Unshipped Orders:
Orders can be canceled up to 3 business days prior to shipment, subject to a 2.5% merchant processing fee.

Pre-orders:
Pre-order deposits are refundable, subject to a 2.5% processing fee.

Defective Products

Reporting:
If your product is defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately for repair or replacement, free of charge.

Continued Use:
If the product is used after noticing a defect, the return policy no longer applies.

Return Process

  1. Approval:
    Before returning any product, you must obtain an approval letter from EbikeFair. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  2. Inspection:
    Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items not in sellable condition will be rejected, and the cost of shipping the item back to you will be your responsibility.
  3. Refunds:
    Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
