At EbikeFair, we are committed to ensuring your orders arrive promptly and securely. Below is an overview of our shipping policy.
Current Shipping Times
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping Canada-wide for all e-bikes, e-scooters, and EUCs (electric unicycles) over 1000 CAD!
(Excludes Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut). - In-Stock E-bikes & E-scooters: Shipping time is estimated at 3-10 business days.
- In-Stock Accessories & Components: Shipping time is estimated at 4-7 business days.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details at the email address used during checkout.
Shipping Costs and Lithium-Ion Batteries
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD to addresses in Canada.
Shipments containing lithium-ion batteries, due to their size and capacity, must comply with shipping regulations, and special precautions are taken during delivery.
Signature Requirements
Due to the high value of e-bikes and e-scooters and the presence of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, shipments require a signature upon delivery.
- The shipping carrier will require a signature at the time of delivery, and the package will not be left unattended.
- In certain cases (e.g., COVID-19 precautions), carriers may opt for visual confirmation instead of a physical signature.
Shipping Carriers
EbikeFair utilizes several shipping carriers based on the size, weight, and destination of your order:
- FedEx
- CANPAR
- Purolator
- UPS
Whenever possible, we’ll ship your order in a single package. However, some larger or bulky orders may require multiple shipments.
No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage
Please note that EbikeFair is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by the actions or inactions of the shipping carriers. We recommend selecting a secure location for delivery.
Refused Shipments – Flat Fee
If you refuse delivery of an order that you requested to be shipped, EbikeFair reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee per e-bike or e-scooter to partially cover shipping costs.
Please note:
- We cannot cancel, change, or intercept orders once they have shipped.
- If you refuse delivery, we will treat the order as a return. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse, we will issue a refund via your original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee.
